Founder & CEO

Tony Ferrero is an entrepreneur and the founder of organizations such as InSite Realty Advisors, Clearwater Living, Aqua Living, and InSite Design Studio. As Chairman and CEO, he is most proud of the talented teams he works with, managing a portfolio of approximately $10 billion in assets. Tony finds inspiration in people, architecture, and the world around him, especially sharing fine food and wine. He enjoys skiing, pickleball, golf, operational analytics and architectural design.

Chief Investment Officer

With 28 years of real estate expertise, Christopher shapes InSite’s investment strategy and manages its real estate portfolios. Previously, he held executive roles at 3G Capital Advisors and Steadfast Companies, where he successfully directed acquisitions, development, and management of over $5.5 billion in assets . A dedicated community supporter, he and his family actively contribute to organizations like the Thomas House Family Shelter.

Controller

Juli Haupt has been an accountant specializing in real estate investment and development for over 35 years. She has worked with InSite Realty Advisors for 14 years. She has expertise in GAAP and Accounting Principles. Her experience in financial reporting and auditing helps her manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A team player, she enjoys working on new and challenging ventures. On her spare time, she enjoys interior decorating and traveling with her family.

Vice President of Real Estate

Andrew brings over a decade of expertise in finance, modeling, and portfolio management, with a focus on evaluating and executing complex transactions. Throughout his career, he has underwritten billions in transaction volume and supported those assets from a portfolio management perspective. 

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Andrew enjoys playing guitar, watching football, and spending quality time with his family.

Senior Vice President, Strategic Leadership Team, Active Adult

Patrick has led the InSite team Active Adult Team for over four years assisting seven different partners in achieving their occupancy and financial goals through all phases of development. With 20+ years in senior living, Patrick has a diverse background serving in sales, operations as well as  non-profit  and consulting roles.

He holds a BA from Drew University and an MA from Trinity College. 

Vice President, Strategic Leadership Team, Active Adult

Erika has 25 years of experience in the housing industry. She is a RISE Fellow with the ASA.  She holds her marketing degree from Purdue University as well as her MBA.  Additionally, she holds a M.A.in Gerontology from Concordia University Chicago where she is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership. 

Vice President, Strategic Leadership Team, Active Adult

With over 26 years of experience in senior living in sales, marketing, and operations, Heather has consistently achieved NOI goals, developed successful sales strategies, exceeded pre-leasing targets, and mentored high-performing teams. 

Prior to her current position, Heather served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Waters Senior Living and EDI, and holds degrees from Michigan State University.

Vice President, Strategic Leadership Team, Active Adult

Jose Castillo brings over a decade of senior living expertise to Insite Realty Advisors. His leadership experience includes sales, marketing, and operations roles for the nation’s largest senior living provider. He holds a breadth of knowledge in multi-site management, customer service, strategic planning, and leadership development. A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Jose holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Pete brings nearly 25 years of experience as a sales, marketing, and operations leader to the Insite Active Adult Leadership Team. Pete’s background, including work with several successful digital marketing agencies and management roles in student, multifamily, and active adult housing, brings a unique blend of skills to our active adult portfolio. 

In his free time, Pete enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, sports, and music.

National Sales & Marketing Vice President, Manufactured Housing

Nicole leads the manufactured housing advisory team with a focus on driving industry-advancing innovation. With a 15+ year background in multifamily, she brings expertise and valuable insight that directly contributes to our client's success. A proud Purdue University alumna, Nicole is also a dedicated advocate for the Down Syndrome community, an avid reader, and an aspiring amateur chef. 

Director of Marketing, Manufactured Housing

With over 15 years of experience in senior living, Katrina has served in various marketing roles encompassing social media, marketing automation and strategic management. She is excited to bring her depth of experience to manufactured housing. 

A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, she is a circus aerialist specializing in Lyra and Silks.

Senior Financial Analyst, Manufactured Housing

Davis leads analytics for the Manufactured Housing team, creating recurring and customized reports to help clients make informed, strategic decisions. A double major in Business Finance and Music from the University of Washington, Davis brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and creativity to his work. Outside of the office, he is an active musician, both writing and performing shows in a local band.
