History

Since 1996, Tony Ferrero (CEO and President of InSite) has been actively engaged in the ownership, operation, and development of high-quality senior living communities nationwide. He has been an integral part of creating various senior living platforms, both in senior living as well as active adult.

In 2011, Mr. Ferrero founded Clearwater Living to create a unique brand of high-quality communities offering a continuum of care encompassing both active adult and senior living. In 2016, Mr. Ferrero partnered with Berkshire Realty Ventures (BRV) to create an initial $500MM platform of senior living communities. Mr. Ferrero’s philosophy is that success in the senior living industry is predicated on having the most dedicated and respected leaders in the industry who have a passion for operations and serving the needs of our residents and their families. Therefore, Clearwater Living has been created as a legacy company, with participation of the company’s success shared with its key associates.
